Section CA-90 - Land
While this equipment section is intended to describe only the land associated with this facility the following description includes all those items which make up the real estate (Land and buildings).
Located on La. Hwy 304 in Lafourche Parish, La. this site has 28.811 acres of land. The site has many acres of concrete and hard surfaced roadways. Improvements consists of a 46,600 sf. main mill building, a 5,700 sf. main office with additional 2,240 sf. covered carport area, a 5,250 sf. boarding house, a 4,995 sf. engineer’s office and stockroom, a 700 sf. core lab metal building, a 2,708 sf. mechanic shop, a 19,560 sf. sugar warehouse and a 44,000 sf. metal clad sugar warehouse. Two final molasses tanks totaling 1,800,000 gallons are on the site and ready for use.
